This two-day course will focus on fundamental skills required in the safe handling of the shotgun. You will learn to load, download, unload, sustain fire, perform an emergency reload, and to clear stoppages under stress. We will also teach you how to perform pivots and turns with the long gun. You will learn how to select and use cover properly and to search for and engage threats. In addition we will show shotgun maintenance and cleaning.
